It feels so bizarre to have had the Italian Grand Prix in Monza and to know there are still six races left in the Formula 1 season. It was never like that before. Monza used to be the last European race - as it still is - but with a sort of one to maximum four races following in farflung places.
Now, with six races all around the world still remaining, it feels almost like the season has started again; of course, the drivers' title could be won next week in Singapore.
I'm thinking of Asia, though, as I prepare to fly to Singapore, then Korea, then Japan.... And that makes me think of the Chinese Grand Prix and tourism, one of the great things about F1 these days is how you can do it and mix it with tourism - even if it is in Europe, like in Spain.
