Not all go-kart racers aim to graduate to car racing. Some, like Arnaud Kozlinski, remain as professional kart racers as long as others race in Formula 1.

Arnaud Kozlinski is a two-time world championship runner up and a multiple French national champion. Now 26, he used to race in karts alongside some of the drivers of his generation that are now in Formula 1, like Tonio Liuzzi and Robert Kubica. Arnaud decided he would stay in karting for another few years. Some drivers continue well into their 30s, and they are paid by the big karting companies to race. This year, Arnaud will race for the Italian company, Intrepid.
