The McLaren Mercedes motor home was one of the first to really depart from the shape of a transport trailer transformed into a hospitality suite. It has a large hospitality area in the center of the ground floor. The kitchen is at the back of that area, with open bar serving areas for the catering staff. Two large dining and meeting areas flank the central hospitality area, and behind those are work areas for the marketing staff and others. The upper floor contains offices, notably those of Ron Dennis, the team owner and director, and Norbert Haug, the head of Mercedes Motorsport.
McLaren Mercedes introduced its "Communications Center" a few years ago, when it was the most advanced in the paddock. It remains amongst the most impressive.
