The FIA released a revised schedule for the 2008 Formula 1 championship in September 2007.
The only changes to the provisional schedule announced in the month of July, were two venue swaps. The first was the of swapping the Belgian Grand Prix and the Italian Grand Prix dates. The swap places Belgium on Sept. 7 and Italy on Sept. 14.
The other change was the swap of the Chinese and Japanese races. Japan moved to Oct. 12, and China to Oct. 19.
