In June the International Automobile Federation announced the teams confirmed for the 2010 Formula 1 championship. The list presented three new entries in to the series: Campos Grand Prix, Manor Grand Prix and Team USF1. Five of the teams were also accepted provisionally, until they agreed on the rules for the following season: McLaren Mercedes, Brawn, Renault, Toyota and BMW Sauber.
